Signature Performance is a remote-based opportunity supporting health IT initiatives nationwide. You will analyze IT business needs, configure no-code platforms, document current and future-state processes, and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and release readiness.

The role emphasizes data extraction and BI insights, collaboration with clients, and alignment with business objectives while maintaining strong documentation and risk management practices.

Qualifications

• Over 4+ years of IT business and information environment analysis.
• Understanding of IT system/software lifecycle.
• Excellent written and oral communication, translating tech to mixed teams.
• Experience with data management (collection, storage and use).
• Ability to assemble Excel tables, PowerPoint slides and Word docs quickly.
• Experience with machine learning and AI.
• Articulate complex concepts concisely for varied audiences.
• Familiar with life cycle and project management methodologies.
• Experience with data modeling & data mining tools.

Responsibilities

• Configure no-code software platforms and workflow solutions.
• Gather requirements, document processes, and coordinate with developers.
• Assist with testing, release readiness, and production support.
• Extract data from disparate systems to improve business processes.
• Collaborate with clients and vendors to ensure timely delivery.
• Support risk assessment and continuous process improvements.
• Participate in Agile, Kanban, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies.
• Develop executive briefing materials and stakeholder communications.
