ePlus Technology, inc. is seeking a Solutions Architect – Service Provider to engage customers, assess current networks, and design future-state architectures.
You will lead technical discussions, develop BOMs, and draft SOWs for professional services engagements, supporting telcos, cable operators, and municipalities. The role emphasizes deep routing and optical networking knowledge, with focus on SR-MPLS, EVPN, DWDM, and ROADMs, and requires collaboration with an Account Executive on
Formación
- 5+ years in telecommunications or service provider engineering roles
- Experience designing and deploying large-scale networks for service providers
- Proven ability to develop Statements of Work (SOWs) for services engagements
Responsabilidades
- Provide technical credibility to account teams on designated focus areas
- Lead customer presentations on value propositions and technical solutions
- Assist account managers with technical aspects of hardware, software, and services opportunity development
- Draft technical sections for RFPs/RFIs/RFQs and SOWs for assigned accounts
- Develop solution architecture and detailed BOMs; present recommended solutions
