Job summary

Stripe, Inc. is seeking a Specialist Solutions Architect to partner with sales and pre-sales teams, translating complex payment flows into scalable architectures and guiding customers through StripeLink, Checkout, and API patterns.

You will create reusable assets and coach teams on high‑value opportunities while supporting global GTM initiatives. This senior role requires 7+ years in payments/e-commerce with exceptional communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in a pre-sales, solutions architecture, or technical consulting role focused on online payments or e-commerce.
• Strong working knowledge of checkout optimization, conversion metrics, and UX impact.
• Familiarity with payment authentication standards (3DS, passkeys, network tokenization).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales and pre-sales teams to drive pipeline and revenue targets.
• Educate product and engineering teams on market trends and influence the product roadmap.
• Scale the organization by creating reusable assets and coaching others on high-value opportunities.
• Act as a subject matter expert on Stripe Link and checkout optimization patterns.
• Guide customers through Stripe's Link integration patterns and API flows.
• Partner with Payments product sales team on strategic Link opportunities and relationships.
• Stay current on competitive analysis and market differentiation.
