Job summary

Stripe, Inc. is seeking a Specialist Solutions Architect to drive pipeline and revenue by partnering with sales and pre-sales teams. You will design checkout experiences for B2B/B2C at scale, influence the product roadmap, and coach others on complex opportunities.

Ideal candidates will own technical expertise across Stripe Link, API flows, and multi-market payment solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, educate on market trends, and help customers realize optimized

Qualifications

7+ years in pre-sales, solutions architecture, or technical consulting for online payments or e-commerce.
Strong checkout optimization knowledge and metrics insight.
Familiarity with 3DS, passkeys, and network tokenization impact on auth rates.
Experience designing payment flows for large enterprises across markets/currencies.
Strong software engineering and API integration understanding.
Excellent communication and ability to explain complex concepts to varied audiences.
Proven ability to build collaborative relationships with partners.
Thrives in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.

Responsibilities

Act as subject matter expert on Stripe Link to accelerate opportunities globally.
Advise on checkout optimization, authentication, and impact on conversion.
Guide customers through Stripe's Link integrations and API flows.
Explain how Link enhances Radar, Billing, and Connect within the Stripe platform.
Develop best practices and reusable assets for the GTM organization.
Create reference architectures showing end-to-end checkout improvements.
Collaborate with Payments product sales on strategic Link opportunities and customer relationships.
Partner with the Link product team for early exposure to new features.
Serve as Voice of the Customer to influence product and feature prioritization.
Summarize trends in checkout UX, wallets, passkeys, and network authentication.
Escalate complex technical issues to Stripe engineering.
Stay informed on competitive analysis and market differentiation.
Support marketing events including executive briefings and conferences.
Approx. 25% travel.
