Stripe, Inc. is seeking an online payments solutions architect with extensive pre-sales and GTM experience to accelerate opportunities and shape checkout experiences for B2B and B2C customers.

You will collaborate with sales, engineering, and product teams to optimize conversion, implement Stripe Link, and drive strategic initiatives at scale. You will partner with Payments product sales and the Link product team, evangelize best practices, and travel ~25% to client sites and events.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years in a pre-sales, solutions architecture, or technical consulting role focused on online payments or e-commerce
• Strong working knowledge of checkout optimization, including conversion metrics and cart abandonment
• Familiarity with payment authentication standards (3DS, passkeys, network tokenization) and their impact on authorization rates
• Experience designing payment flows and integrations for large enterprises, including multi-market and multi-currency scenarios
• Strong knowledge of software engineering and API integration patterns
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for technical and non-technical audiences
• Proven ability to build strong collaborative relationships with business partners
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity and a fast-moving environment

Aufgaben

• Act as a subject matter expert on Stripe Link to accelerate opportunities globally
• Demonstrate deep understanding of checkout optimization, network-based authentication, and the impact of saved payment methods on conversion
• Develop expertise with Stripe's Link integration patterns and guide customers through key implementation decisions
• Advise customers on Link interactions with Radar, Billing, Connect to deliver value across their payment stack
• Define and share best practices and reusable assets with the GTM organization
• Create reference architectures to visualize end-to-end checkout and conversion improvements
• Partner with Payments product sales on strategic Link opportunities and lead solution strategy
• Collaborate with the Link product team for early exposure to new features
• Serve as a Voice of the Customer to drive product requests prioritization
• Identify trends in checkout UX, wallets, passkeys, and network-based authentication for product teams
• Escalation point to drive complex technical issues to Stripe's engineering team
• Stay current on competitive analysis and market differentiation
• Support marketing events including executive briefings, conferences, user groups, and trade shows
• Approximately 25% travel is anticipated
