Job summary

Stripe is seeking an online payments specialist with a proven track record of designing checkout experiences and payment flows for B2B and B2C enterprises. You will collaborate with sales and pre-sales teams to drive pipeline and revenue, while educating product and engineering teams on market trends to influence the roadmap.

You will build deep relationships with senior customer leaders, scale Stripe's solution offerings with reusable assets, and guide customers through Stripe Link integrations

Qualifications

• 7+ years in pre-sales, solutions architecture, or technical consulting focused on online payments or ecommerce.
• Strong knowledge of checkout optimization and conversion metrics.
• Familiarity with payment authentication standards (3DS, passkeys, network tokenization).
• Experience designing payment flows for large enterprises across markets and currencies.
• Strong knowledge of software engineering and API integration patterns.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills; able to explain complex concepts to diverse audiences.
• Ability to build strong collaborative relationships with business partners.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, unstructured environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as subject matter expert on Stripe Link to accelerate opportunities globally.
• Demonstrate deep understanding of checkout optimization and related technologies.
• Guide customers through Link integration patterns (embedded checkout, Stripe.js, direct API flows).
• Advise on how Link interacts with Radar, Billing, Connect to deliver value across the payment stack.
• Define, share, and learn best practices and reusable assets for the GTM organization.
• Create reference architectures for end-to-end checkout and conversion improvements.
• Partner with Payments product sales on Link opportunities and manage key customer relationships.
• Stay current on competitive analysis and market differentiation.
• Support marketing events including executive briefings, conferences, user groups, and trade shows; travel ~25%.
