Client is seeking a Solutions & Implementation Manager to bridge technical solution design with hands-on implementation in the finance and insurance space. This role will partner closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to guide delivery from discovery through deployment.

You will be a trusted technical advisor balancing pre-sales support, solution quality, and execution discipline in a fast-moving environment, with remote work flexibility and high-profile projects.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Solutions Architect or similar role.
• Proven track record delivering complex technical solutions.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Fintech background preferred; bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive designs and technical specifications that meet industry standards
• Lead the implementation process from concept to deployment, ensuring timely delivery
• Evaluate complex requirements and distill them into functional needs
• Document solutions thoroughly, including Business Requirement Documents and Solution Design Documents
• Conduct reviews and optimizations of existing solutions for quality and maintainability
• Serve as a trusted advisor and technical expert during pre-sales and implementation phases
