Bidgely, Inc. seeks a Solution Architect to own the technical quality and readiness of product implementations for strategic utility customers worldwide. You will lead architecture, data integration, ML application, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure on-time, lasting solutions.

The role requires 3–6 years in cloud-based, B2B solution architecture, with strong communication and mentoring skills within a fast-paced environment. Remote-friendly with travel expectations.

Qualifications

• BS/MS in Computer Science or related engineering field.
• 3–6 years of solution architecture for cloud-based, B2B implementations.
• Proven track record delivering customer-facing system architectures for large enterprises.
• Strong interpersonal and cross‑group collaboration skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with non-technical audiences.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Highly organized with strong time management across multiple projects.
• Experience on pre-sales side is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the overall solution design and development for Bidgely's utility customers and map requirements to product features.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities with engineering, delivery, and PM teams.
• Provide deep technical guidance across the project lifecycle from analysis to launch.
• Manage select customer engagements using standard onboarding processes.
• Define and own the technical gate process for on-time, high-quality launches.
• Review product performance, test cases, and risk mitigation through launch.
• Coordinate communication between Product Management and delivery teams about issues and risks.
• Mentor and train PMs and onboarding team members on technical methodology.
