Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Senior Solutions & Implementation Manager to lead the design and delivery of complex fintech solutions, guiding both pre-sales efforts and successful implementations. You will translate business and technical requirements into clear designs, partnering with clients and internal teams to ensure alignment in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a trusted advisor with strong communication skills, API/SaaS expertise, and a willingness to travel as needed.

Qualifications

7+ years of experience as a Solutions Architect or similar role.
Proven track record in designing and delivering complex technical solutions.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

Develop comprehensive designs and technical specifications that meet industry standards.
Lead the implementation process from concept to deployment, ensuring timely delivery.
Evaluate complex requirements and distill them into functional needs.
Document solutions thoroughly for internal and external alignment.
Conduct reviews and optimizations of existing solutions for quality and maintainability.
Serve as a trusted advisor and technical expert during pre-sales and implementation phases.
