Job summary

WinsAbove is seeking an experienced pre-sales professional to join the Databricks Enterprise SA team, collaborating with the Enterprise AE to define and direct the technical strategy for our largest and most strategic accounts in ML and AI.

You will lead virtual teams, build proofs of concept, and mentor teammates while aligning technical strategies with Databricks solutions to drive adoption and value realization across healthcare and life sciences use cases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in computer science or related field.
• Experience with very large global accounts (>$1m ARR).
• Proven ability in value selling and technical leadership.
• Willingness to travel up to 35%.

Responsibilities

• Be the main technical voice for Databricks with multiple clients.
• Lead customers on a transformational journey to adopt Databricks.
• Implement the technical strategy within accounts.
• Build a movement of technical champions inside the accounts.
• Align technical strategies around Databricks solutions.
• Provide mentorship for other team members.
