Job summary

Databricks is seeking a senior pre-sales Enterprise SA to partner with Enterprise Account Executives, shaping the technical strategy for large customers and driving adoption of the Databricks Data + AI Platform. You will collaborate with hands-on teams to build proofs-of-concept and demonstrate ML/AI capabilities in Healthcare & Life Sciences contexts.

You will lead virtual teams, cultivate executive relationships, and present compelling technology visions to influence decision-makers.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to establish virtual teams and lead them to success within large accounts.
• Experience with very large (> $1m ARR) global accounts.
• Ability to form relationships with executives and influencers.
• Present a convincing point-of-view to key decision-makers.
• Technical background in big data, data science and cloud technologies.
• Experience with data-driven business transformation and change management.
• Programming experience in Python, SQL or Scala.
• Willingness to travel up to 35%.
• Bachelor degree in computer science or related field.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main technical voice for Databricks with multiple clients.
• Lead customers on a transformational journey to evaluate and adopt Databricks as part of their strategy.
• Define and implement the technical strategy within the account, closely aligned with overall business goals.
• Build a movement of technical champions within the account to drive adoption.
• Align technical strategies around Databricks solutions across teams and stakeholders.
• Provide structured mentorship and guidance to other team members.
• Earn respect through deep expertise, insights, and contributions.
