Qualifications

• 5+ years delivering technical projects in Data and AI domains.
• Programming in Python, SQL or Scala.
• Experience in customer-facing pre-sales or consulting roles.
• Understanding of distributed data system solution architectures.
• Ability to articulate business value and outcomes from projects.
• Experience managing stakeholders and resources.
• Willingness to travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Lead post-technical win strategy for strategic accounts.
• Be the accountable technical leader across use cases and teams.
• Serve as first contact for production go-live issues.
• Coordinate with Shared Services, Education, Onboarding, PS for delivery.
• Develop execution plans covering all customer-facing activities.
• Provide KPI updates on usage and customer health to leadership.
