Job summary

Kobie, a national Top Workplace, is seeking an experienced Solutions Architect to lead client engagements from discovery through delivery. This remote/hybrid role collaborates with Sales, Product, and Delivery to define right solutions and ensure project success across multiple teams.

You will own BRDs, SCDs, and Epic/Feature briefs, validate feasibility and cost, and translate client needs into actionable roadmaps while maintaining design integrity from planning to launch.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in solutions architecture, business requirements analysis, or technical pre-sales within a technology environment.
• Documents business requirements into BRDs, SCDs, and Epic/Feature briefs that keep solutions traceable from discovery through delivery.
• Validates delivery cost estimates (COGS) across data/analytics, software, CS, and strategy workstreams to confirm feasibility.

Responsibilities

• Owns Discovery to Define the Right Solution: Elicits and validates business requirements that align client objectives with platform capabilities.
• Delivers Solution Documentation: Creates BRDs, SCDs, and Epic/Feature briefs that keep solutions traceable end-to-end.
• Manages Feasibility and Cost Alignment: Scopes standard engagements independently, coordinating COGS validation across delivery teams.
• Aligns Understanding Across Teams: Acts as connective tissue between business, product, and technical teams.
• Serves as Product and Platform SME: Represents solution expertise in RFPs, RFIs, and upsell conversations.
