Job summary

Kobie is seeking a Solutions Architect to lead discovery, define the right loyalty solutions, and align cross-functional teams from pre-sales to delivery. You will shape client outcomes, articulate requirements through BRDs/SCDs, and drive cost-aware, scalable solutions.

This remote/hybrid role involves travel up to once per quarter and partnership with Sales, Product, and Delivery to deliver enterprise-grade loyalty programs.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in solutions architecture, business requirements analysis, or technical pre-sales within a technology environment.
• Ability to translate business needs into BRDs, SCDs, and Epic/Feature briefs.

Responsibilities

• Owns Discovery to Define the Right Solution and validates client objectives against platform capabilities.
• Delivers solution documentation including BRDs, SCDs, and Epic/Feature briefs.
• Manages feasibility and cost alignment across delivery, data, software, CS, and strategy workstreams.
• Coordinates pre-sales to delivery handoff and ensures alignment across teams.
• Represents solution expertise in RFPs, RFIs, and upsell conversations.
• Translates client feedback into product direction and roadmap decisions.
• Builds demos, proposals, and pitch materials to establish credibility with clients.
• Owns solution acceptance from planning through launch and flags delivery risks early.
