Job summary

Epiq is seeking a technical consultant to collaborate with sales and external clients on eDiscovery focused solutions, including Forensics/ESI collection, processing, hosting operations, AI-driven workflows, and document review services.

You will articulate value propositions, respond to RFIs/RFPs, assist in proposals and pricing, and help ensure profitable delivery. Strong communication, organizational, and client-facing skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide sales support and present solution offerings for Epiq prospective clients.
• Solicit client requirements, develop a technical sales strategy, demonstrate solutions, and show business value.
• Contribute to revenue targets by responding to RFIs/RFPs, client demonstrations, and pricing.
• Prepare cost estimates by analyzing client needs and assumptions.
• Coordinate project communication among sales, service delivery, and clients to ensure successful starts and fulfilled requirements.
• Conduct internal sales training on Epiq solution offerings.
• Maintain knowledge through workshops, publications, and professional networks.
