Job summary

Epiq eDiscovery Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Solutions Architect to consult with sales and clients on eDiscovery focused solutions. The role covers forensics/ESI collection, processing and hosting operations, AI-driven analytics, and document review services.

Qualifications

College degree or equivalent is required.
In-depth knowledge of eDiscovery platforms and applications including Relativity, Relativity aiR, Nuix.

Responsibilities

Provide sales support and present solution offerings for Epiq prospective clients.
Solicit client business requirements, develop a technical sales strategy, demonstrate solutions and provide business value.
Respond to RFIs/RFPs, assist in proposals and pricing, and coordinate project communication.
Prepare cost estimates by analyzing client needs and assumptions.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project start-up and fulfillment of requirements.
Conduct internal sales training on Epiq solution offerings.
Keep technical knowledge current by attending workshops and engaging with professional groups.
