Job summary

Epiq eDiscovery Solutions, Inc. is seeking a senior technical professional to consult with sales and external clients on eDiscovery-focused solutions in New York.

The role covers Forensics/ESI collection, processing, hosting operations, AI-driven workflows, and document review services. You will articulate value propositions to clients and support revenue targets while coordinating with sales, service delivery and clients.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent is required.
• In-depth knowledge of eDiscovery platforms and applications including Relativity, Relativity aiR, Nuix, and similar toolsets.
• Minimum of 10 years of industry specific experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide sales support and present solution offerings for Epiq prospective clients.
• Solicit client business requirements, develop a technical sales strategy, effectively demonstrate the solutions that address these requirements and provide business value.
• Contribute to achieving business unit revenue targets by responding to RFI/RFPs, client demonstrations, assisting in proposal preparation and pricing.
• Prepare cost estimates by analyzing client needs and provided assumptions.
• Coordinate project communication with teams including sales, service delivery and clients to ensure successful project start-up and that client's requirements are fulfilled.
• Conduct internal sales training on Epiq solution offerings.
• Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; cultivating personal business networks; participating in external professional groups.
