Responsibilities

• Provide sales support and present solution offerings for Epiq prospective clients.
• Solicit client business requirements, develop a technical sales strategy, demonstrate solutions and provide business value.
• Respond to RFIs/RFPs, assist in proposals and pricing, and coordinate project communication.
• Prepare cost estimates by analyzing client needs and assumptions.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project start-up and fulfillment of requirements.
• Conduct internal sales training on Epiq solution offerings.
• Keep technical knowledge current by attending workshops and engaging with professional groups.

The specific areas of expertise required are as follows: Forensics/ESI collection, ESI Processing and Hosting operations, AI and analytics driven workflows, and Document Review Services. Solutions may be presented in a transactional or managed services context. The architected Solutions must be designed to fulfil client requirements and also be acceptable to the business both in terms of revenue and profitability. The Sales support function will largely include articulating value propositions internally to the Sales team, and directly to clients.
