Job summary

TTEC Digital is seeking a Presales Solution Architect to join our AWS Practice. This remote role in North America will collaborate with C-level and technical executives to define an AWS-based Customer Experience vision and design the technical solutions that realize it.

You will lead technical discovery, build integrated AWS-based solutions with partners, and deliver demos and workshops to demonstrate Cloud, AI, and conversational capabilities for CX.

Qualifications

• 3+ years proven customer-facing experience designing complex solutions in a technical pre-sales role.
• 3+ years of expertise in Amazon Connect and AWS.
• 7+ years of experience in information technology or application development.
• Relevant certifications or accreditations in AWS.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into customer business value and present compelling proposals.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with customers and partners.
• Ability to travel up to 30% for customer and partner meetings.

Responsibilities

• Be the subject matter expert in AWS and Amazon Connect-based solutions.
• Piece together solutions across AWS and other leading ISV solutions as a cohesive, integrated offering.
• Design innovative solutions based on customer needs and inputs.
• Lead technical discovery with customers during the sales cycle.
• Deliver immersive demonstrations of Cloud, AI and other tools for CX.
