Job summary
TTEC Digital is seeking an Architect, Product Development to lead engineers and guide AI-powered CX solutions across our product portfolio. You will drive solution design, oversee implementations, and partner with Product Management, QA, DevOps, Architecture, and Professional Services to ensure delivery readiness.
The ideal candidate has 8+ years in software engineering or solution architecture, with hands-on cloud, Kubernetes, and Google AI experience, delivering complex multi-team initiatives
Qualifications
- 8+ years in software engineering, solution architecture, or product development.
- Proven experience leading engineers or software teams across projects.
- Experience delivering complex implementations across multiple teams.
- Experience with Google AI technologies and GCP required.
- Strong ability to present architecture diagrams and designs.
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor and develop engineers and tech leads for accountability and excellence.
- Drive delivery of product initiatives, platform enhancements and customer deployments.
- Coordinate across Engineering, QA, DevOps, PM, Architecture and Services teams.
- Create solution designs and diagrams using Lucidchart or Visio.
- Lead design reviews, planning, and delivery readiness activities.
- Identify risks, dependencies and implementation challenges.
- Research emerging AI, CX, and contact center technologies.
- Assess integration opportunities across AI platforms for product needs.
