Qualifications

• Proven success in enterprise software sales in security, DevOps, or cloud tech.
• Deep understanding of DevOps/DevSecOps and cloud architectures.
• Able to articulate complex solutions to technical and business audiences.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience partnering with cross-functional teams and channel partners.
• Willingness to travel up to 40%.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales efforts for Secrets Management and Agentic AI Security as SME for DevSecOps, cloud-native and agentic AI use cases.
• Drive new customer acquisition and growth in assigned region with highly regulated industries.
• Collaborate with IDIRA account teams, Solutions Engineers, and Professional Services to align architecture with outcomes.
• Develop and present compelling business cases to executives (CISO, CIO, DevOps leaders, cloud architects).
• Work with resellers and SI to expand reach and penetrate new markets.
• Manage full sales cycle: opportunity creation, validation, scoping, negotiation, delivery, revenue recognition.
• Provide account plans and strategies to win new business and grow existing relationships with cloud transformation and PAM modernization.
