You will partner with field sales to grow our presence in regulated industries and help customers mature their PAM practices for non-human identities and agentic AI projects. Qualifications

• Proven enterprise software sales success, ideally in security, DevOps, DevSecOps, or cloud tech.
• Deep understanding of DevOps and DevSecOps, cloud architectures, and integration with Secrets Management and AI Security.
• Strong ability to articulate complex solutions to technical and business audiences.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
• Experience partnering with cross-functional teams and channel partners.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales efforts for Secrets Management and Agentic AI Security, as SME for DevSecOps and cloud-native use cases.
• Drive new customer acquisition and growth in assigned region, focusing on regulated industries.
• Collaborate with IDIRA account teams, Solutions Engineers, and Professional Services to align architecture with outcomes.
• Develop and present business cases to executives (CISO, CIO, DevOps leaders, cloud architects).
• Work with Value Added Resellers and Systems Integrators to expand IDIRA's reach.
• Manage full sales cycle: opportunity creation, validation, scoping, negotiation, service delivery, and revenue recognition.
• Provide account plans and strategies to win new business and grow relationships around PAM modernization.
