Job summary

MAXIMUS in Louisville, KY seeks a Service Design and Bid Lead to translate market and customer needs into tailored, costed delivery solutions for public sector opportunities. You will collaborate with operations and ICT teams to ensure the solution meets business drivers, remains affordable and aligns with the customer’s objectives.

You will drive end-to-end bid design, engage stakeholders across functions, and manage risk, with travel to participate in meetings as required by the opportunity.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable service design experience – capturing existing customer journeys and leading re-imagination of future journeys.
• Experience identifying how technology can improve customer experience and increase value for money and the documentation of functional technology requirements
• Prior experience of Public Sector bidding within Employability, Health, Justice or Contact Centre environments
• Proven ability working with key bid team and wider solution workstream stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Translate customer needs into tailored, costed delivery solutions with SMEs to meet objectives
• Lead matrix solution design and ensure alignment with strategy while delivering affordability targets
• Oversee bid narrative development and governance prior to submission; manage risks and handover to transition teams
