Job summary

The DDC Group is seeking a Solution Engineer to partner with sales, product, and operations teams. The role emphasizes hands-on technical enablement, demos, POCs, and integration feasibility to support client engagements.

You will define architectures, validate data flows, and ensure compliance with technology standards while collaborating across delivery teams. Travel nationally and some international travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of experience in logistics and transportation, tech sales, solution engineering, or similar roles.
• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics).
• Familiarity with systems integration, automation, and BPO/contact-center technologies.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sales, Solution Architects, and Product Owners to translate business requirements into technical designs, configurations, and demonstrations.
• Lead detailed discovery sessions with clients to map current environments, data flows, and integration points.
• Build and deliver product demos, prototypes, or POCs to illustrate the solution’s viability.
• Work with IT/R&D teams to align components with client requirements.
• Assist with technical responses to RFPs/RFIs, ensuring technical accuracy of sales deliverables.
