Retrievant SAS is seeking a technically savvy Solutions Engineer to drive integration projects from discovery through production, serving as the technical voice in every deal.

You will guide customers in API integrations, webhooks, consent embedding, and FHIR mappings, while authoring practical integration guides and example code. You’ll collaborate closely with engineering to channel customer feedback and accelerate delivery.

Qualifications

• Engineering background with ability to read API docs and build a working integration quickly.
• Experience in a customer-facing technical role.
• Familiar with FHIR or willingness to learn fast.
• Clear writing and patient teaching abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery and demos; scope integrations with customer systems.
• Guide implementation: API, webhooks, consent embedding, FHIR mapping.
• Write integration guides and example code you wish you'd had.
• Be the feedback loop between customers and engineering.
