Hanwha Q CELLS America Inc. (HQCA) seeks a C&I Module Sales Manager to drive PV module sales in community and utility-scale projects across the Southern US. Remote role with ~50% travel; reporting to the Head of C&I Module Sales.

Responsibilities include pipeline development, customer relationship management, and go-to-market strategy for strategic partners and developers. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in solar sales, a business or electrical degree, and strong negotiation/communication skills.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Business or electrical/power field.
• 3+ years of sales or business development in solar industry (community/utility scale).
• Ability to develop PV business with utility and commercial developers.
• Willingness to travel at least 50%.
• Entrepreneurial drive with flexibility to work with various customers.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills; attention to detail.
• Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Responsabilidades

• Capitalize on HQCA’s solar business to identify and develop plans.
• Pursue growth in Southern solar markets for C&I rooftop and ground mount projects.
• Prioritize new customers among developers, contractors, and roof installers by geography.
• Manage relationships with key customers including PO, AR, tech support, and logistics.
• Monitor RFP opportunities and build the pipeline of opportunities.
• Analyze market dynamics to support North America strategy.
• Develop go-to-market strategies with strategic partners and customers in the C&I sector.
• Define business model and standard contracts; coordinate with Marketing on campaigns.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Head of C&I Module Sales.
