Job summary

Hanwha Q CELLS America Inc. seeks a C&I Module Sales Manager to drive PV module sales in C&I and residential markets, focusing on Southeastern opportunities. This is a remote role with ~50% travel and reporting to the Head of C&I Module Sales, with occasional visits to the Teaneck, NJ office.

You will build sales pipelines, manage key accounts, and collaborate with marketing to execute campaigns while expanding partnerships across Georgia, North Carolina, and South Carolina.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or electrical/power field.
• Minimum 3 years in solar sales or business development, community or utility-scale preferred.
• Willingness to travel 50%.

Responsibilities

• Capitalize on HQCA’s existing solar business to identify and develop plans.
• Pursue new opportunities for growth in Southeastern markets, selling Qcells modules to large commercial and industrial projects.
• Prioritize new customers among developers, contractors, and installers by geography and approach.
• Manage relationships with key customers, handling POs, AR, technical support and logistics.
• Observe RFP opportunities and build the pipeline of sales opportunities.
• Develop go-to-market strategies with strategic partners and customers in the C&I sector.
• Define business model and standard contract terms; coordinate with Marketing for campaigns.
