Hanwha Q CELLS America Inc. seeks a PV Solutions Manager to lead the North American PV engineering sales and technical solutions for CCI customers.

You will own the pre-sales process, coordinate with R&D, product management and manufacturing, and drive successful product introductions with third‑party qualifications and documentation. Qualifications

• BS/MS/PhD in Engineering or Physical Sciences with 4–6 years of PV/renewable energy experience.
• Strong PV/inverter/ racking knowledge for C&I and utility applications.
• In-depth knowledge of PV reliability testing, certification, listing, codes and standards.
• Hands-on experience in developing, testing and deploying PV products.
• Proven success in technical sales engineering or sales support.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales-focused technical solutions for CCI customers in the North American PV market.
• Own the pre-sales process including compatibility, testing, certifications, MSA reviews and site troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with R&D, product management and manufacturing to align on roadmaps and offers.
• Ensure successful product introductions and third-party qualifications and documentation.
• Develop and manage customer relationships with timely responses to inquiries and claims.
• Influence design and product development to meet market needs.
• Provide product training and promote Qcells North America solutions to customers and sales.
• Represent the company at trade shows and conferences.
• Stay informed on industry trends and participate in technical meetings.
• Contribute as an individual contributor for hands-on engineering tasks when needed.
