Job summary

Hanwha Q CELLS America Inc. (HQCA) seeks a C&I Module Sales Manager to drive PV module sales in Southern California, targeting large commercial and industrial projects. The role involves travel up to 50% and reporting to senior management, with remote work from Southern California and occasional visits to Teaneck, NJ.

You will build pipelines, identify opportunities, and develop go-to-market strategies with partners, while managing key customer relationships and contracts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher degree in Business or electrical field.
• Minimum 3 years of sales or business development experience in solar-related industry.
• Willingness to travel at least 50%.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills with attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Responsibilities

• Capitalize on HQCA’s existing solar business to identify and develop plans.
• Pursue new opportunities for growth in So. California market, focusing on selling Qcells modules into large commercial and industrial rooftop and ground mount projects.
• Develop go-to-market strategies including identification of partners and customers in the C&I sector.
• Define the business model and standard contract terms; coordinate with Marketing on campaigns.
• Manage relationships with key customers, including purchase orders, receivables, technical support, and logistics.
