Lifestyle Solar LLC seeks a full-time Sales Consultant to guide homeowners remotely through solar energy solutions. You will engage prospects via phone, video meetings, and online channels, assess energy needs, and present tailored proposals.

You’ll follow up on leads, manage a sales pipeline, and explain designs, pricing, financing, and timelines. Collaborating with internal teams, you’ll ensure smooth handoffs, maintain CRM records, and support customers from first contact through post-sale

Qualifications

• Strong Sales Consulting and Consulting abilities to assess customer needs and recommend appropriate solar solutions.
• Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction focus to build trust, manage expectations, and nurture ongoing relationships.
• Effective Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and active listening in virtual settings.
• Motivation to work in a remote, goal-driven environment, with proven time management and self-organization skills.
• Experience in residential sales, renewable energy, or home improvement services is beneficial.
• Comfort with CRM systems, online meeting tools, and basic presentation software.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training in business, marketing, or related fields is a plus.
