Qualifications

• 1 year or more of residential solar sales experience with a proven track record.
• Strong relationship management and ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
• Positive, energetic, with excellent listening and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team-based environment and collaboratively achieve goals.

Responsibilities

• Educate homeowners on residential solar using a consultative approach.
• Prepare and review solar proposals for potential customers.
• Deliver top-tier customer service throughout sales and installation processes.
• Cross-sell GoodLeap products to existing customers.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs.
