Job summary

Momentum Solar is seeking Solar Consultants to meet with homeowners at pre-scheduled appointments, explain solar options, and guide them through a structured buying process. No door knocking or cold calling is required, with approx.

8-10 appointments weekly and a $1,000 per appointment investment to generate qualified leads. We offer paid, structured training, a full W2 benefits package (health, dental, vision, 401k), uncapped commissions with top performers earning $250k+.

Qualifications

We are seeking driven, people-focused professionals, including experienced closers, to join our team as Solar Consultants.. No prior solar or sales experience required. We provide structured, high-level training and ongoing coaching to develop top-performing consultants. What we're looking for is the right skills, mindset, and work ethic.. About the Role

Solar Consultants meet with homeowners at pre-scheduled, confirmed appointments and guide them through the process of understanding and purchasing solar. There is no door knocking, cold calling or prospecting. Every appointment is set, confirmed, and scheduled for you.. We invest around $1,000 per appointment to put you in front of qualified homeowners. That's our commitment to your success. Consultants attend 8-10 appointments per week, supported by our industry-leading 70% sit rate..

Scope

• Comfortable working evenings and weekends to match homeowner schedules.
