Job summary

SOLV Energy, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager for its SDI Services affiliate to lead day-to-day operations on solar PV projects. The role emphasizes planning, scheduling, budgeting, and coordination of drilling, racking, and installation activities across multiple projects.

Travel is expected, and the role is fully remote with responsibilities residing within SDI. Qualified candidates have a 4-year Construction degree, at least 7 years of project management experience, and proficiency with MS

Qualifications

• 4-year degree in Construction (or related field) from an accredited university.
• Minimum of 7 years' experience or equivalent combination of experience in construction/project management.
• PMP preferred, but not required.
• Strong leadership and client service skills.
• Proficient in reading and understanding construction plans and specifications.
• Experience with MS Project, Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, supervise, and control execution of technical, fiscal, and administrative functions of projects.
• Determine technical skills and staff hours required for successful completion.
• Coordinate information and communicate with clients and project team.
• Prepare reports and documentation for client and project management.
• Manage schedules and budgets; coordinate material logistics with procurement and subcontractors.
• Attend site walks and pre-construction planning meetings.
