Job summary

SOLV Energy is seeking a seasoned Project Manager for its SDI Services affiliate to lead day‑to‑day solar PV projects. The role covers drilling pile installation, racking, module installs, quality control, and contract administration, with frequent travel.

This fully remote position reports to SDI Services and emphasizes safety, process discipline, and client satisfaction. Candidates should possess a 4-year construction degree, 7+ years in PM roles, and strong leadership; PMP is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction or related field or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of project management experience in construction or solar.
• PMP preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, supervise, and control project execution.
• Determine technical skills and staff hours for projects.
• Coordinate technical/contract information among the team.
• Prepare client reports and change order documentation.
• Manage schedules, budgets, and material logistics.
• Support customer relations and field operations alignment.
• Set goals and motivate field teams and vendors.
• Enforce safety standards and installation best practices.
• Attend site walks and pre-construction meetings.
