Job summary

SOLV Energy is seeking a Project Manager for its SDI Services affiliate to lead day-to-day operations on drilling pile installation and related solar projects. This fully remote role prioritizes schedule, budget, quality, and safety while coordinating with office and field teams across multiple projects.

The ideal candidate has a 4-year Construction degree (or equivalent), 7+ years of PM experience, and strong leadership and communication skills. PMP is preferred.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree in Construction or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 7 years of project management experience or equivalent.
• PMP is preferred but not required.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, supervise, and control project execution across fields and office.
• Manage schedules, budgets, and material logistics for drilling and solar scopes.
• Coordinate procurement and subcontractors; ensure safety and quality standards.
• Lead field management, vendors, and client communications to meet objectives.
• Prepare reports and change orders; maintain documentation for clients.
