Job summary

SOLV Energy, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager within SDI Services to oversee drilling pile installation, racking, module installation, and QA for utility-scale solar projects. The role emphasizes leadership, planning, and cross-functional coordination across offices and field teams.

Frequent travel is expected; the position is fully remote with discussions on location during interviews. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree in Construction or related field from an accredited university.
• Minimum of 7 years’ experience or an equivalent combination of experience, knowledge, skills, abilities and other characteristics.
• PMP preferred, but not required.
• Proficient at reading and understanding construction plans and specifications.
• Strong leadership and client service skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, supervise, and control execution of technical, fiscal, and administrative functions of projects.
• Determine technical skills and staff hours required for successful completion of the project.
• Obtain, analyze, and circulate technical and contractual information to project team.
• Prepare reports and documentation for client and project management.
• Prepare notices and change orders for client and project management.
• Manage schedules and budgets for proposals and close outs; coordinate with procurement and subcontractors.
• Support relationship with customer at professional and technical level.
