Venture Home is seeking a highly motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our remote sales team. This is not a customer service role, it is a sales position focused on outbound performance. If you are a persistent communicator with a "closer" mentality, we want to hear from you.

This is a fully remote phone sales position. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for calling and educating homeowners on the benefits of solar, qualifying them, and scheduling their free

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of outbound calling experience.
• Experience with Salesforce or other CRM strongly preferred.
• Must have a sales mentality and be a strong closer.
• Ability to perform in a remote environment and be held accountable for personal performance.
• Exceptional listening and speaking skills with a persistent, friendly phone presence.
