Job summary

MasTec Renewables is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead utility-scale solar projects across the United States. The role involves managing safety, budget, and quality while mentoring project teams and coordinating with multiple stakeholders.

The position is remote with regular travel to project sites (approximately 50–60%). A vehicle allowance and company credit card are provided for approved travel expenses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum five years in construction management and knowledge of techniques.
• Experience leading large-scale projects and teams.

Responsibilities

• Ensure environmental safety and compliance on projects.
• Manage project resources (staff, equipment, subcontractors) and materials.
• Oversee budget, cost, forecast, and schedule.
• Lead risk, quality, and contract change management.
• Travel up to 60% to project sites and support field operations.
