MasTec Renewables is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead utility-scale solar projects across the U.S. Remote with a baseline 50% travel and onsite start-up phases.

You will partner with clients nationwide to deliver storage solutions that support grid resilience and decarbonization. The role requires strong leadership across multiple projects, adherence to safety standards, and a focus on talent development within the project teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent.
• Minimum five years of construction industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Assure project abides by all environmental safety awareness and compliance.
• Document and communicate project progress, performance, and issues to all stakeholders.
• Own the project budget, cost, forecast, and schedule.
• Provide day to day direction and oversight of project resources and materials.
• Manage all contract documents, risks and changes throughout the project.
