Job summary

MasTec Renewables is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead utility-scale solar projects nationwide. You’ll mentor project teams, manage budgets and schedules, and drive safety and innovation across multiple sites.

Role requires travel ~50%, remote work flexibility, and collaboration with MasTec’s renewables divisions. Strong leadership and technical skills are essential to deliver high-impact energy storage and grid resilience initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent.
• Minimum of five years of construction industry experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Primavera, Timberline, and Construction Software.

Responsibilities

• Assure project abides by environmental safety awareness and compliance.
• Document and communicate project progress, performance, and issues to stakeholders.
• Own the project budget, cost, forecast, and schedule.
• Provide day-to-day direction and oversight of resources (staff, equipment, subcontractors).
• Manage contract documents, risks and changes throughout the project.
• Lead and coordinate project management processes to ensure timely completion.
