Job summary

MasTec Renewables is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead utility-scale solar projects across the United States. You will mentor project teams to deliver safe, innovative construction solutions while driving excellence and performance.

This role is remote, nationwide with about 50–60% travel, and requires field support during start-up and execution phases. A vehicle allowance and company card support travel expenses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assure project safety compliance and environmental standards.
• Manage project budget, forecast, and schedule.
• Direct resources (staff, equipment, subcontractors) and materials.
• Coordinate project execution per the Project Execution Plan.
• Oversee contract documents, risks, and changes.
• Lead project integration, scope, time, and cost management.
• Mentor apprentices and support PWA compliance where applicable.
• Communicate progress and issues to stakeholders.
