Job summary

MasTec Renewables is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead utility-scale solar projects nationwide, with remote work and regular travel to sites. The role emphasizes safety, mentorship, and delivering high-impact renewable energy solutions.

You will manage budgets, schedules, and contract documents, coordinating cross-functional teams while ensuring compliance with PWA/education requirements and company policies. Strong leadership and field presence are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent required.
• Minimum of five years of construction industry experience.
• Proficiency with project management software (Primavera P6/Timberline) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure environmental safety compliance on projects and drive safety culture.
• Provide day-to-day direction and oversight of project resources, materials and subcontractors.
• Manage project budget, cost, forecast and schedule to meet objectives.
• Maintain and communicate project progress, risks, and changes to stakeholders.
• Coordinate project scope, time, cost, quality, and procurement management.
