Job summary

MasTec Renewables seeks a Construction Project Manager to lead utility-scale solar projects nationwide. You will mentor project teams, drive safety and performance, and partner with energy clients to deliver storage solutions for grid resilience.

The role is remote across the United States with ~50% travel and required field presence during start-up and critical phases. Expect collaboration with MasTec’s renewables brands and opportunities to grow with a leading contractor.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.
• Minimum five years of construction experience and strong management skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 60% and work remotely.

Responsibilities

• Ensure project safety and environmental compliance.
• Manage project budget, forecast, and schedule.
• Coordinate resources and subcontractors to meet milestones.
• Mentor apprentices and support PWA compliance.
• Communicate progress and issues to stakeholders.
