Qualifications

• Excellent time management and prioritization skills.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate remote training calls using standardized curriculum for new and existing customers.
• Document training sessions and maintain an updated calendar for follow-up sessions.
• Collaborate with the Implementation team to coordinate training sessions and assist with technical issues.
