Henry Schein One is seeking a Provider Sales & Operations Manager to lead revenue growth across our provider programs. You will drive sales performance, provider success, and operational execution throughout the provider lifecycle to enroll, engage, and retain practices.

This role emphasizes data-driven leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and scalable processes in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or global equivalent; Master’s degree a plus.
• Typically 10+ years of increasing responsibility and complexity; 1+ years of management experience.
• Experience managing or overseeing BPO or outsourced contact center relationships is a plus.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily, weekly, and monthly execution plans across Provider Programs including marketing and operations to meet sales, quality, and service targets.
• Drive provider enrollment growth, production and program adoption through targeted sales strategies, performance management and continuous optimization.
• Lead, coach, and develop the PMP Team Lead and outbound agent team to achieve and exceed revenue and enrollment targets.
• Define and enforce service standards, response time targets, and quality benchmarks for inbound provider interactions.
