Job summary

Henry Schein One, LLC (HSOne) is seeking a full-time remote Software Trainer to deliver training sessions, maintain documentation, and provide outstanding customer service while achieving productivity goals.

Key responsibilities include facilitating remote training calls using the standardized curriculum, documenting sessions, and coordinating follow-up sessions. You will collaborate with the Implementation team to resolve technical issues and ensure customer success.

Qualifications

• Typically 4+ years of related experience in training or the dental industry.
• High School diploma required; vocational training or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products and CRM systems.
• Strong customer service orientation with the ability to resolve complex issues.
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
