Henry Schein One seeks a Software Trainer to deliver remote training and implementation of our eServices to new or existing customers. This role supports professional, timely, and effective customer service while achieving individual and team goals.

The position is remote within the United States with travel up to 10% as needed. Key responsibilities include facilitating remote training calls, instructing offices using a prepared curriculum, providing post-training documentation, and maintaining

Qualifications

• Typically 4+ years of related experience.
• High School graduate, vocational and/or on-the-job training; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong data entry and computer skills; including email, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel, and AS400, or comparable system.
• Focus on internal and external customer service.
• Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate remote training calls with new and existing customers using standardized curriculum agenda.
• Instruct offices using prepared curriculum on each topic.
• Provide post training session documentation on related topics.
• Maintain updated calendar.
• Document sessions within CRM system.
