Job summary

The Software Support Specialist role serves as the first reference for software questions, handling help desk tickets and production jobs for Total Customer Connect.

Responsibilities include resolving software issues, documenting activity in our CRM, and coordinating with management to keep product direction on track across remote, hybrid, or office

Qualifications

• Data processing / software experience preferred.
• High School Diploma (or Equivalent) required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to explain technical information to nontechnical staff.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Provides software problem resolution and escalation to appropriate technicians or departments.
• Records data required to analyze problems and track to final solution.
• Prepares, presents, and reports help desk activity for management review.
• Works closely with management to align scope and direction of product/software with schedule.
• Documents all work activity in the company CRM.
