Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

• Ability to explain technical information to nontechnical staff.

Responsibilities

• Provides software problem resolution and escalation of advanced inquiries to appropriate technicians.
• Records data required to analyze problems and track them to final solution.
• Prepares, presents, and reports related help desk activity for management review and action.
• Demonstrates understanding of the software and handles inquiries regarding its usage.
• Works with management to ensure product direction is on schedule.
• Acts as liaison for the sales team to assess promotional material usage.
• Documents all work activity in the CRM to notify relevant colleagues.
• Other Software Support Agent duties as assigned.
