Mark43 is seeking a Software Support Analyst to be on the front lines of customer support for public safety agencies. You will interact with responders and staff to improve their understanding of our products and experiences.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in software support, strong troubleshooting skills, and experience with Zendesk/JIRA. This role can be remote, with eligibility to work from Pennsylvania and other states.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 2 years in software support or a related role.
• Strong customer-facing communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with issue-tracking tools and support workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Provide excellent customer support via email, phone, and chat.
• Troubleshoot and reproduce software issues for faster resolution.
• Escalate complex problems to engineering and project teams as needed.
• Assist in testing new features and improving user experience.
